How much time do you need to complete my order?
You order will ship within five business days after it is received.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are shipped Priority Mail (United States Postal
Service) from the beautiful Ozarks in Missouri. Please allow 2-4 days for delivery.
All packages are sent with tracking numbers.
How much is shipping?
Shirts & Totes - $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Although our site is secure,
if you prefer not to use a credit card please contact us and we can make other arrangements.
What are the specifications for photos uploaded to be printed?
For best results we recommend that your photo be 200-300 ppi at the size
it will print. If the photo is of a high ppi but smaller than the area for printing the photo will
lose resolution when printed. Unfortunately, low resolution photos can not be corrected by saving
at a higher ppi. They will need to be recreated.
Resolution:
Minimum of 200 PPI recommended (72 PPI will work but with poor quality).
File types:
JPG, JPEG - Please set to 100% (best) quality
PSD - Please flatten the image and save in JPG format. and
before uploading.
TIFF - Set image mode to RGB and save as a TIF file with LZW
compression (it's a checkbox afer clicking "Save").
Print Dimensions:
Maximum print area is 8 inches wide by 8 inches tall.
Upload Time:
When you add your photo, you must send a copy of the photo image file from your computer to our
servers. The process is called "uploading." The upload time can vary widely depending
on the size of the image file and the speed of your internet connection. Uploading a large image (1MB+)
may take a minute on a fast internet connection (such as DSL) or more than 5 minutes using a slow
internet connection (such as 28.8Kpbs modem).

Can I get a replacement if I am not happy?
We will print a replacement if there is a material defect or if the
printing is somehow defective. If an uploaded photo is the source of the poor printing we
can not offer a replacement.
